Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Marinated in Buttermilk vs. Unmarinat...

In this toaster oven recipe I cooked some boneless skinless chicken thighs. Half were marinated in buttermilk and the other half weren't. I also experimented with several different seasonings. Toaster oven cooking is an easy way to cook these chicken thighs. This is the first time I've tried marinating chicken in buttermilk.
