Rub generously over ribs both sides. Wrap in 2 layers of heavy duty foil and place in the refrigerator a minimum of 6 hours and up to 24 hours.Homemade BBQ sauce: 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 small yellow onion, finely diced (about 1 14 cups) olive oil 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce 14 cup honey 1 cup ketchup 12 tsp. liquid smoke 1 tsp. molasses 14 tsp. salt 14 cup apple cider vinegarDirections: Saute the onion in a sauce pan over medium low heat for about 10 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook an additional 1 minute. Add all the other ingredients to the pot and stir until combines. Pour the sauce (before it gets too hot) into a food processor and blend until smooth.Pour the sauce back into the sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes.Once the ribs are done cooking for 3 hours. Pull them out and place them on a foil lined baking sheet. The foil will keep clean up to a minimum!Slatherbrush the bbq sauce on the ribs both sides and place back in the oven under the broiler for just a few minutes, say 5 minutes. You don't want to dry out the ribs. Then serve and enjoy!SUBSCRIBE: http:www.youtube.comsubscription_center?add_user=cookingmexicanrecipeThese babyback ribs have great barbecue flavor without using the grill. Heck sometimes in the winter you want nothing to do with the barbeque grill because it's do darn cold and rainy outside, so this recipe is the answer. You get to stay nice and toasty inside while making these delicious, tender pork ribs. I like to use baby back ribs vs. spare ribs because they are more meaty. And who doesn't like meatier ribs right? They do cost a little more though. When I show you how to make these ribs, we are going to use a spice rub first. Spread that rub all over the ribs with a nice coating and then I let them marinate in the refrigerator over night or at least 6 hours. This let's those flavors penetrate the meat and give it some nice flavor.I like to wrap the ribs in 2 layers of heavy duty foil so they don't leak their juices in the pan and make a pot to wash. The less clean up the better I say!Now here is the key, we are going to bake these in the oven low and slow. I baked them in the oven at 275 degrees F. for 3 hours. Sometimes I bake them at 250 degrees F. and I think they come out even more juicy.Sometime during the 3 hours of cooking, we make our homemade BBQ sauce. I love homemade barbecue sauce so we have some healthy ingredients in there. Now you could slather the ribs with sauce after 3 hours and eat them, but I like to slather them and then place them in the oven and broil for just a few minutes. In the summer you can take these out to the bbq and grill them for 5 minutes if you can't resist grilling them.I hope you will try these delicious ribs. They are perfect for entertaining like the super bowl, football parties or anytime.Enjoy! Thanks for watching! Rockin Robin P.S.
