How to Make Sichuan Boiled Fish 水煮鱼

My second recipe video -- today I'm making Sichuan Boiled Fish (水煮鱼, pronounced "shui zhu yu"). This is a favorite dish of mine.Full disclosure: While the end result was wonderfully delicious, the flavors are much milder than the traditional dish. In retrospect, I should have put in some pepperspeppercorns into the broth itself. Still, the way I've prepared the dish here is still very good. The texture of the fish is simply melt-in-your-mouth. Perhaps I will amend this in the future to make it even better.
