Or else you'll get segregated texture)Step one: Cook Chicken and keep the pan unwashed to prepare your Masala Mix Step two: if you use Onion, cook them until nice Brown color with the spices. if not, just prepare your paste by adding : Oil and butter, Coriander powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric, Paprika, Chilli, tomato paste Step three: add little amount of water. make it boil for 3-5 min. Step four: add the Carnation milk , stir, sweeten, salt, add masala and Kasoori methi, almond, coriander leaves, then add chicken and make sure it's cooked.
