If you are trying to change your eating habits to lose weight, lower your cholesterol or simply want to prepare heart healthy meals, the NuWave Oven is a must have in the kitchen. Here I demonstrate how to cook crispy chicken using no fats, oils or butter. The spices I use are from The Spice House, www.thespicehouse.com. They offer a wide variety of spices that I use for everyday cooking and are great to season food in the NuWave Oven. NuWave Oven Air Fried Chicken With NO FLOUR CLOUD Heart Healthy No Oil...

I got out 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut each in half for 6 pieces. I mixed 3 eggs in a cake pan, and i used a 2 inch deep cooking pan that held the flourinstant potato seasoning mix.2 cups flour 1 cup instant potato mix liberal amount of onion powder and some garlic powder liberal amount of black pepper liberal amount of basic chicken seasoning (paprika and the usual deal)i use paper towel to dry each chicken piece and dipped them 1 by 1 in yolk and then into the flour mix to cover. I placed them on a cooking pan that i then put into the fridge for 20 minutes. I removed from fridge and yolked and coated in flour again. I let it sit on counter for 20 more minutes and then sprayed top of pieces with canola oil spray (in a can) I placed on 1 inch cooking rack sprayed side down and sprayed the other side with just enough canola oil spray. this makes sure that you won't get a flour cloud inside the oven ( because it uses a fan to circulate the air) It also improves the browning process. I set it for 25 minutes. flipped pieces over and set for another 25 minutes.the seasoning you add to the flour instant potato mix can be adjusted as you wish..its been 6 hours later since i put the leftovers in the fridge, but i nuked a piece and it tastes just like something you get from KFC or Popeyes! this is totally Amazing!Thick pieces takes longer to cook and in retrospect, i should have used a filet knife to make chicken pieces thinner. thinner would reduce cooking time.Thicker larger pieces take longer to cook.Use a food processor to really blend up the eggs. No need to only use the yolk.29 JULY 2014 Update: i forgot to mention that the chicken will be juicier and more tender if you put about 16 ounces of hot water on the bottom pan. It increases the heat transference and keeps chicken tender & juicy. it also make for easier clean ups.
