This tutorial for installing thick and chunky Havana Marley Twists is done doing the invisible roots method. I chose to do the invisible roots method for more natural looking twists. You cannot see where the hair is attached because it is twisted with your own hair covering it! Anyone in Chicago interested in getting Havana Twists, Marley Twists, or Senegalese Twists done, email me at with the subject: Hair Inquiry for more information! Click here for client photos http:youtu.bemPLeP5_uTHII used 4 full packs of the Amour New Malibu Kinky from my local beauty supply store for about $20. Elasta QP Olive Oil & Mango Butter Moisturizer and Eco Styler Olive Oil Gel.It took me almost 4 hours to twist and I kept them in for almost 4 weeks.Check out this video for an updo tutorial for Havana twists, Marley Twists, box braids or even longer natural hair! http:youtu.bet5uxDdU47CUDon't know how to keep the ends from unraveling? Try your best not to add too much hair to each twisting section because this will results in heavy twist and the same thing goes for heavy braids as well. When twisting in your Marley Hair or Havana Twist Hair, use about 8 strands per section and make sure to do "brick parting" to hide gaps and spaces in between one twist extension to another. Also, when you twist your Havana Twists, use a little bit of hair gel to slick down the ends of your real hair so that you can prevent your hair from sticking out of your braids. Thanks For Watching!DISCLAIMER: All suggestions, tips, prizes, techniques and advice given are for informational purposes only and should be used at your discretion and best judgment. First Attempt Installing My Own Marley Twists Short Natural Hair GodCa...

WATCH IN HDFirst Attempt: Installing My Own Marley Twists (Short Natural Hair) | GodCallsMeBelovedI am 8 months post big chop. I transitioned for 3.5 months. The length of my hair ranges from 4.5 to 5 inches. This was my first time installing Marley twists. I have never installed extensions, braids or twists, before, so I did not believe that I could achieve this hairstyle. These Marley twists resemble Havana twists, because I used three to four strands of Freetress' Equal Marley Braid (synthetic) hair to create each Marley twist. Three packs of hair were used. For this reason, the hair was extremely heavy on my head. So, my advice is to use about two strands of Marley Braid hair to create each Marley twist if you want to avoid an excessive amount of hair on your head. This tutorial is detailed. Thank you for watching! May God bless you.God Calls Me Beloved
