Winchester Model 290 Field Test The First Gun I Ever Bought

This Winchester Model 290 is the first gun I ever bought. It is a .22 caliber, semi-automatic rifle with a tubular magazine that holds 10-rounds. I purchased this rifle second-hand when I was a poor college student and have been shooting it consistantly ever since. If I had to guess, I'd say I have well over 5,000 rounds through this gun and it still functions reliably to this day. You will notice that throughout the filming of this video, not a single malfunction was experienced, even with my usual cheap Federal bulk ammo. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Music - tracks from Ghosts II by Nine Inch Nails Source - ghosts.nin.com Used under Creative Commons licensing: Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 United States

Winchester Model 250 Shooting and Review

In this video, I review the Winchester model 250 .22 cal rifle. In this video, I cover the features, accuracy, reliability, and safety concerns of the rifle. The only major safety concern that I have with the rifle is the method that rounds are fed with the magazine tube. Overall, the Winchester model 250 is a decent 22 rifle. Gunsmithing British Side by Side Shotguns How to Tighten the Bite

For the full length version of this and other MidwayUSA videos visit the MidwayUSA Video Library: http:bit.ly1jOvbHVThe top lever on most side by side shotguns is generally to the right of center when they're new but as the gun is used, and the bolt and the bite wear together, the top lever moves to the center and eventually to the left of center. It's a fairly simple process to tighten up the bite and move the top lever back to the right. Watch along as Jack Rowe and Larry Potterfield, Founder and CEO of MidwayUSA, tighten the bite on this old side by side.
