Potato 6 n Oil for deep fry 3 cu Sugar 1 cup Lemon grass chopped 1tb Red chilly paste 2 tb Red chilly flakes 1ts Garlic chopped 1 tb Salt Rice flour ½ c Corn flour ½ c Lemon juice ½ ts Sesame seeds 1 tsFor a dipping sauce:Heat water in a pan add sugar, chopped garlic, chopped lemon grass, mix it all the sugar melts. The doughnut is popular in many countries and prepared in various forms as a sweet snack flavoured with chocolate, dessicated coconut etc.Sugar 50 g Active dry East 7 g Water 50 ml Milk 70 ml Salt 5 g Egg 1 n All purpose flour 250 g Butter 15 g Castor sugar & cinnamon powder (to coat) 50 gTake a bowl add sugar, dry east, water, milk, salt, egg, mix it till the sugar melts, then add all purpose flour, mix it well make in to a dough and kneading for 5 to 7 minutes and add butter again kneading for 3 minutes and rest it for 30 minutes in a warm place, after 30 minutes give knock back and again rest for 30minutes.Take the dough and with help of rolling pin roll it into ½ inch sheet and cut the doughnuts with doughnut cutter, transfer in to the tray, then rest for 10 to 15 minutes to rise. Apply ¼ tsp of butter on each of the bread slice. 2. Place a bread slice on a dry, flat surface with the buttered side facing up and place 1 iceberg lettuce on it. 3. Spread 1 portion of the prepared filling and ½ tsp of tomato ketchup over it. 4. Sandwich it with another bread slice with buttered side facing downwards. 5. Add the sugar, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute. 6. Remove from the flame and discard the bayleaves and peppercorns. 7. Divide the sauce into 2 equal portions and keep aside.How to proceed 1. Place a pizza base on a flat, dry surface and spread 1 portion of the pizza sauce over it. 2.
